Food

Experiencing the food of other places drives our desire to travel around the world. Through exploring new and familiar tastes, we find a new way of looking at what connects us across the globe – our shared love for sharing meals with family and meals.

Whether we eat at a humble hole-in-the-wall, at a burger joint or in a fancy fine dining restaurant, there is so much hidden in a dish. Dishes tell us  how places connect with other places in the world through history and migration. The ingredients used tell us a story about the environment. The flavors reveal the individual tastes of the cook.

Food culture is ever changing and reinventing the identity of a place. We bring you the stories that intersect the culture and history of the places we visit with the dishes we eat.
